Job summary

You will respond to guest calls and team member work orders, performing repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry areas to protect guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance inspections, documenting repairs, and signaling any further needs to management.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and facilities handling experience preferred.
• Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks.
• Strong attention to safety and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas.
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and equipment.

• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
• Record and report completed repairs and items requiring further attention.
