Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Engineer for a DoubleTree by Hilton property. You’ll perform across-the-board maintenance, addressing guest needs and ensuring equipment runs smoothly at the Orlando area site.

Primary tasks include repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and amenities while maintaining safety and quality. You’ll collaborate with staff, respond to work orders, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licenced trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for the state required.
• MVR (driving record) acceptable required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance repairs and tasks across hotel facilities.
• Repair ice machines, kitchen equipment, HVAC, pool, and other systems.
• Respond to alarms, investigate causes, and report findings to Front Desk.
• Access to sensitive areas and information with integrity and trust.
• Interact with guests and colleagues professionally and drive safely when needed.
