The Westin Jackson, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Maintenance team member to uphold hotel quality standards through general upkeep and preventive tasks. You will assist with inspections and minor repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fixtures to support guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be a team player and help co-workers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to routinely lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to meet hotel quality standards.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders.
• Check electrical systems, lighting, and control equipment; make minor repairs.
• Repair or refurbish hotel equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Service the pool area, including chemical checks and cleaning filters.
• Maintain exterior areas and curb appeal, including painting and lawn care.
• Respond to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
