Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, train, coach, and give performance feedback.
• Inspect guest rooms, turndown, and public areas; ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Assign tasks based on requests to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage supplies at shift start to control inventory and costs.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Log Lost and Found items and handle inquiries for controls.
• Implement emergency training to protect guests and assets.
• Maintain attendance and regular work availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
