You will maintain hotel systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical—and perform routine and preventive upkeep to ensure guest comfort and safety. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field preferred.
• Trade licenses in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry are highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Technical & Preventive Maintenance: inspect, repair, and fine-tune plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other systems; perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and common spaces; minor carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs.
• Quick-Fix Hero: resolve equipment hiccups, leaks, and electrical issues; handle emergencies like fire alarms and power outages with guest safety in mind.
• Safety: move objects over 50 lbs., climb ladders, and follow OSHA guidelines; maintain safe work areas and proper storage for tools and hazardous materials.
