Responsibilities include overseeing grounds, public areas, guest rooms, and essential systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry knowledge is required or preferred.
• Experience with hotel maintenance operations and preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Repairs and maintains electrical fixtures, HVAC and related systems.
• Checks lights, signs, and spares; responds to maintenance orders promptly.
• Completes daily rounds and reports problems to management.
