Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required with an acceptable MVR.
• Ability to move objects over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and repairs across hotel systems.
• Handle emergency issues like fire alarms and power outages.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and keep work areas clean.
