Job summary
Marriott-International is seeking an Engineer-General Maintenance to provide maintenance, room care and necessary repairs across the hotel and conference center, ensuring a clean, attractive, and secure place for guests with friendly service.
Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, in-room checks, tile/painting repairs, tool use, preventative maintenance, and keeping records. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training in HVAC/electrical/plumbing preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance, room care and repairs across the hotel and conference center.
- Respond to guests requests as assigned.
- Maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Locate and repair HVAC malfunctions and adjust units as needed.
- Repair plumbing equipment and fixtures.
