Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Person in San Diego to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. You’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and staff.

The role involves hands-on tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, with opportunities to develop maintenance skills and contribute to guest satisfaction. Full-time, hourly pay with standard hotel hours.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.

The Role
