Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Person to keep a hotel in top condition in Bossier City, Louisiana. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine upkeep in guest areas and back-of-house spaces.

You’ll handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, respond to maintenance requests promptly, and help maintain safe, clean, and fully functional facilities for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or building repair preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry basics.
• Strong problem solving and detail orientation.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
