Job summary

DIMENSION MASTER is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout our hotel property in Cypress, CA. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for guests and team members.

This full-time role rewards hands-on work and opportunities to contribute directly to guest satisfaction. You should have prior maintenance or building repair experience, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance or building repair experience
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
• Good communication and team‑player attitude
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
