Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Naples, FL is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and everyday upkeep across the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, responding to requests, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks while maintaining tools and spaces in good order. Safety remains a priority.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, move, climb, and use tools and equipment.
