Responsibilities: • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Pool Certification Required • A/C Experience Qualifications: • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: $50,000
