Responsibilities

• Pool Certification Required
• A/C Experience
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
• Handle maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• React to emergencies before, during, and after your shifts
• Maintain constant communication with co-workers, managers, and other departments
• Perform preventive maintenance routines on all hotel equipment
• Collaborate with other personnel to complete maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of computer software, preferably facilities management software
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
