Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans
2. Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
3. Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
4. Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
5. Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment

Qualifications:

1. Experience with facilities management software is preferred
2. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
4. You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
5. 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
