Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a capable Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor to oversee hotel maintenance at our Silver Spring property. You will manage repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital projects to preserve brand standards and guest experience.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate with department heads, and ensure safety and compliance in all tasks, while staying responsive to emergencies and guest needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Experience across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing and landscaping.
• Ability to perform in a high-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines; respond effectively to emergencies.
• Experience hiring, training, evaluating and leading maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis; lead capital projects and property rehabilitation.
• Coordinate with hotel department heads to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely responses to requests.
