The role requires organized work by priority, effective communication with internal teams and vendors, and a commitment to health and safety standards at all times. On-site work with flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or construction management.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and propose solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel facilities to ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate routine maintenance in rooms and public areas.
• Carry out repairs without disturbing guests.
• Update procedures and manuals as needed.
• Communicate problems to management and advise on resolutions.
