Qualifications

• Able to lift, stand, and carry tools and equipment.
• Have some previous experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Make sure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs for the property and equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean outside grounds, including parking lot and landscaping.
• Repair furniture and structures such as cabinets and windows.
• Check and make repairs on general plumbing systems.
