White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a Loss Prevention Manager for the Marriott Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN. Lead the Loss Prevention Department, implement safety strategies, conduct investigations and partner with hotel leadership to protect guests, associates and assets.

The ideal candidate has law enforcement experience and a strong background in loss prevention with leadership skills to train and develop a high-performing security team. Full-time role in a premium hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Background in law enforcement preferred.
• Progressive loss prevention and safety knowledge essential.
• Hospitality industry familiarity highly advantageous.
• OSHA policies knowledge preferred.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Loss Prevention Department and incident response.
• Develop strategies to reduce loss and protect assets.
• Lead investigations and partner with hotel leadership.
• Implement loss prevention policies and training programs.
• Deploy new loss prevention technologies and training for MOD.
• Coordinate with management to ensure guest and associate safety.
