White Lodging seeks a Director of Loss Prevention in Louisville, KY to lead the hotel’s safety and loss-prevention efforts. You will manage investigations, implement security programs, and deliver training to associates while ensuring compliance with corporate policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business field is required.
• Experience in law enforcement is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA policies and safety practices is expected.
• Hospitality industry familiarity is a plus.
• Formal interview/interrogation training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Loss Prevention Department and respond to incidents.
• Develop strategies to reduce loss and protect assets.
• Lead investigations of property loss and injuries.
• Write detailed reports and conduct safety reviews.
• Implement fire drills and monthly safety meetings.
• Train and coach associates; apply progressive discipline when needed.
• Collaborate with upper management to create action plans for safety and loss prevention.
• Introduce and certify loss prevention technologies and MOD processes.
