Job summary

Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. Under guidance from the Executive Chef, you will execute prep, cooking and plating to deliver high-quality, Instagram-worthy presentations.

You will follow all food safety standards, prepare items per recipes, adapt to guest requests, and work efficiently to meet service times. 1+ year of culinary experience and a High School diploma are required.

• 1+ years of culinary experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency education certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistently high quality by following recipes and instructions.
• Follow all food safety standards by date marking, rotation, temperature and time holding.
• Initiate preparation based on anticipated needs.
• Store all food products properly.
• Operate food preparation equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support kitchen team and adhere to hotel standards.
