Qualifications

• Maintain sanitary and safe kitchen environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, slicers, steamers, etc).
• Follow health department regulations and SOPs.
• Assist with daily requisitions and inventory control.
• Ensure consistent portioning and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and guest checks, following brand standards to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production.
• Inspect and select high-quality food items for all menu items.
• Maintain proper storage and portion control to ensure product quality.
• Keep all kitchen areas clean and in compliance with health regulations.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with upper kitchen management.
