Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes per menu, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in a timely manner.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and report issues to Chef or Sous Chef.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions.
