Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments with Sous Chef/Station Cook I and adjust as needed.
• Start prep work for daily menu items and assist Line Cooks throughout the shift.
• Set up and break down work stations and complete closing duties.
• Maintain proper storage procedures and follow health department guidelines.
