The ideal candidate has at least one year of line cook experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant and can obtain a Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks.

Qualifications

• One year of line cook experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to obtain Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks of hire.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Good attitude and work ethic to maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown work station and complete closing duties per department standards.
• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Inform Chef/Kitchen Manager of shortages before items run out.
• Communicate 86'd items and available specials to F&B service staff.
