You'll work with pantry and fry stations, follow recipes and portion standards, rotate perishables, and support cost control while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent; culinary certification preferred.
• 3-6 months in food/beverage environment.
• Knowledge of industrial ovens and ranges.
• Understanding of various cuisines, relishes, soups and salads.
• Basic cooking and knife handling; safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Able to communicate information to management, staff and guests.

Aufgaben

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage portions.
• Assemble multiple orders accurately and efficiently.
• Rotate perishables and maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars, prep necessary items, and assist buffet stocking.
• Return unused items to storage and label perishables.
• Help control food cost and minimize waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
