Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items for service.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
• Follow safety standards, SOPs, and 4 Keys service standards.
• Set up and break down stations; transport items as needed.
• Cook and plate items according to recipes and portions.
• Monitor quality and food safety on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Follow attendance and reliability requirements.
