Topbrassdallas is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, ensuring food meets standards and is served timely.

Responsibilities include food prep, quality control, health and safety compliance, inventory support, and teamwork with front-of-house. Candidates should be experienced in hospitality, able to follow recipes, and flexible for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within hospitality.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
