• Inventory and Cost Control: Assist in managing kitchen inventory and report stock issues.
• Teamwork & Communication: Work with kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure smooth operations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and report malfunctions of kitchen equipment.
