Hyatt Regency Aurora Denver Conference Center is seeking a top-performing Hotel Line Cook for a busy events-driven kitchen. You will set up stations, prepare and cook orders, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set Up Food Stations: Organize and stock food stations for the shift.
• Prepare and Cook Orders: Follow recipes using grilling, broiling, and sautéing techniques.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Adhere to storage and waste control for all ingredients.
• Clean and Sanitize Workstations: Keep counters and equipment clean per health regulations.
• Professional Interaction: Engage professionally with guests, vendors and team members.
