• Certified SafeServe/Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to follow designated recipes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of cooking metrics and proper temperature controls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients for service and set up station.
• Cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely manner and assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and work safely in a high-paced kitchen.
