Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare menu items, maintain sanitation, and help direct the line to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, training teammates, and coordinating with the Sous Chef on supplies and daily priorities. This full-time role requires flexibility with shifts and a focus on delivering guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook in a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Directs, trains, and monitors performance of Line Cooks.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work for Line Cooks.
• Review priorities and adjust tasks as needed.
• Set up work station with mise en place and tools; close down at shift end.
• Inform the Sous Chef of supplies to requisition for tasks.
