The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative and skilled Line Cook to join its food and beverage culinary team. As part of Spire Hospitality, you will support our chefs with precise ingredient preparation, ensuring visually appealing and delicious dishes.

Qualifications

• Hotel cooking experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel cooking experience.
• Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Equip workstations with essential products and culinary equipment.
• Complete prep for soups, sauces, salads, and ingredients.
• Ensure precise portion control and proper storage to minimize waste.
• Monitor stock levels and facilitate timely reordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper refrigeration and storage areas.
• Assist with dishwashing and stewarding duties.
