Job summary

Aparium Hotel Group is hiring a Line Cook to join its culinary team at Hewing Hotel in Minneapolis. You will report to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, developing and executing scratch-made dishes and recipes while collaborating with culinary leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a background in professional kitchens, a strong foundation in culinary techniques, and a passion for learning.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience as an entry-level cook or higher.
• Strong understanding of basic culinary techniques and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Culinary leadership to provide the best guest experience.
• Prepare and execute scratch-made dishes following recipes and standards.
• Maintain organized workstation and respect ingredients, equipment, and space.

• Participate in daily lineups and culinary all-staff meetings for open dialogue.
