Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown / Seaboard Station is hiring a Hotel Line Cook to join a fast-growing hospitality team. You will prepare high-quality dishes, follow brand recipes, and uphold safety and presentation standards in a guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
• Document all food containers per SOP rotations.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
• Report to work in full clean uniform and be ready to serve.
• Cook orders according to guest requests and dietary needs.
• Assist with inventory, pars, and equipment upkeep to prevent service gaps.
