DoubleTree Salt Lake is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for meal preparation and ensuring consistently great product for guests. The role enforces F&A standards to ensure guests feel value and cared for.

The position involves coordinating with the Sales Department for catering, maintaining sanitation, and supporting inventory and cost controls while delivering excellent service.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum one year of hospitality or restaurant food service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare various food items and meals for hotel restaurant and catering functions.
• Understand food cost and portion control without sacrificing quality.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Accommodate guests’ special requests.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage items.
• Coordinate catering with Sales and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support training and monitoring of kitchen staff.
