AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a culinary team member to produce hot and cold dishes for restaurant and catering services. You will follow Flik standards, handle SOP-based rotation, and ensure safe handling and sanitation.

• Prepare food of consistent quality following Flik recipe cards.
• Date all food containers and rotate per SOP.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Cook orders as requested, including special requests.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare.
• Practice sanitation standards; keep perishables at proper temperatures.
• Properly portion all items on assigned station.
• Control food waste and usage per SOP; assist in cost plans.
• Check pars for shift use and station setup; note shortages.
• Assist in prep of vegetables and condiments for next shift.
• Return unused food to storage with proper cover/date.
• Carry out reasonable requests by management.
