• Date all containers and rotate per SOP; maintain proper temperatures for perishables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and duties of the Carillon cooks while maintaining Flik standards.
• Assist in prep production schedules to stay on track for current and future services.
• Carry out reasonable requests by management.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times.
