Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Line Cook at the Aloft Austin Airport in Austin, TX. You will assist in breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service, under supervision of a chef, ensuring high food quality and safety.

The role requires a culinary-focused education or relevant experience, Safe Serve certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients for the shift and ensures readiness.
• Operates the cooking station safely and efficiently.
• Prepares items per designated recipes and quality standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and complies with sanitation standards.
• Handles guest orders in a friendly, timely manner.
