Job summary

Cambria Austin Airport is seeking a Hotel Restaurant Cook to flawlessly prepare and present menu items created by the Executive Chef, ensuring our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. You’ll work on the prep line, follow recipe cards, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

You’ll be on your feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of prep line or cook experience are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prep line/cook experience.
• Able to think on your feet and keep up in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start items ahead of time without over-preparing.
• Return unused items to proper storage after each shift.
• Operate and clean cooking and kitchen equipment properly.
