Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a Line Cook for the Hyatt Place Austin Airport in Austin, TX. You will prepare all menu items per recipes, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and support guest satisfaction through professional service.

Responsibilities include portion control, stock management, and collaboration with the kitchen team to meet brand standards and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instruction; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest checks.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas per health regulations.
• Receive and store deliveries, control portion sizes and stock requisitions.
• Assist in inventories and support other departments as needed.
• Provide warm, knowledgeable service and guest-focused hospitality.
