Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, counsel, motivate and recognize housekeeping staff at each location.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, ordering, scheduling within budget.
• Inspect work to ensure brand standards of cleanliness.
• Greet and assist guests; build relationships for loyalty.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Front Desk for high quality products.
• Maintain safety and productivity in department.
