Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations in Nashville. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance with a strong emphasis on culture and accountability.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business/Hotel Management or equivalent, at least five years of hotel management experience, and fluency in English. OSHA and health regulations familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Hotel Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years varied management experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
• Familiar with OSHA, local Dept. of Health regulations, and current laws governing hazardous substances.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the full range of hotel operations and financial performance and provide operational guidance.
• Ensure financial success by managing expenses, labor costs, and revenue management.
• Review activity, operating and sales reports to determine changes in programs and operations.
• Seek out market trends and data to inform decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
• Develop and supervise programs promoting a positive work environment and compliant HR processes.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance of facilities and equipment and enforce hotel policies and safety guidelines.
