Job summary

Hilton Memphis-based role leads Brand Performance Support, delivering frontline guidance to hotel leaders using Hilton systems and operations. You will collaborate across brands, mentor peers, and contribute to knowledge sharing while driving service excellence and business results.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, tracking activities in Salesforce, and conducting strategic connections to boost hotel quality and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of hospitality-related experience.
• Two (2) years of hotel property experience with one or more Hilton brands.
• Two (2) years of hotel-related managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for hotel leader inquiries via calls and cases, guiding use of Hilton resources and developing action plans.
• Manage multiple priorities, resolve issues, respond to escalations, and maintain high service levels.
• Track activities in Salesforce and other systems to support reporting and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct strategic 1:1 or group connections to improve hotel performance and Hilton Honors outcomes.
