You will train and coach hotel staff, uphold service standards, and lead cross-property initiatives that drive guest experience and financial performance across the Drury portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel-specific experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region in a variety of ways.
• Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel and train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success.
• Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by hiring the right team with the right attitude for the right position.
• Lead, coach and develop team members across the hotel portfolio within the company.
• Model quality assurance best practices and meet or exceed QA visit measurables.
• Deliver on service, cost and labor controls and team engagement through hands-on leadership and delegation.
• Use critical thinking to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
