Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors and counters.
• Practice clean-as-you-go to meet health and safety standards.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly; empty and clean garbage bins.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries.
• Support serving staff with clearing tables and transporting dishes to the kitchen.
