Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining guest relations.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all assigned work areas in kitchen and service zones.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and ensure proper chemical use and cycle temperatures.
• Report damages or safety hazards to supervisor and adhere to health regulations.
