Responsibilities

• Prepare food such that all items are ready within established timeframes.
• Prepares food according to established recipes and menus to preserve freshness, quality and appeal.
• Supports kitchen staff to ensure essential functions are performed properly.
• Puts away/pulls stock as needed.
• Dish room operations.
