Shamin Hotels is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, and utensils in the kitchen. You will ensure the dishwashing area and storage are clean and safe, supporting a smooth operation across shifts.

Qualifications

• Speed, accuracy and consistency required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash items by hand when needed.
• Set up workstations before meal prep.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen and storage areas.
• Report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist during peak hours to ensure sufficient clean dishes.
