Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor at Hilton Garden Inn Wailua Bay in Kapaa, Hawaii. You will lead daily kitchen operations, coordinate staff, ensure food safety, and support service with a positive, organized environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years kitchen experience in a hotel/restaurant, supervisory background, a High School Diploma, and a valid Food Handler’s Certification. This role offers an hourly pay of $32 and opportunities for growth within our hospitality teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a kitchen team.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely food preparation and consistent presentation.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
• Train, schedule, and support kitchen staff while promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to ensure ingredients and supplies are stocked and fresh.
• Collaborate with front-of-house team members to coordinate meal service and respond to guest needs.
• Assist with prep work and line execution, stepping in during peak times to support the team.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively, from supply issues to staff concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
